It has been nearly 17 years since Lucas Griffin founded Secure-Rite Mobile Storage.
Secure-Rite rents, sells and modifies shipping containers to help people with home moves, on-site storage during renovations and restoration, and storing equipment at job sites.
Their modify-division has made taco stands, tiny homes, escape rooms and bitcoin mining units.
Five years ago, NowMedia Group refreshed and redesigned the Secure-Rite website and logo.
The companies have since developed a strong relationship, which Griffin says is due to their shared values.
The core values of Secure-Rite are “community, excellence, agility and cowboy grit.”
Secure-Rite and NowMedia Group have teamed up on several projects including “Best of Kelowna” to acknowledge businesses that go above and beyond, “365 Days of Local” to support small business that cannot afford advertisement, and “Kelowna Santas” to help families in Kelowna celebrate Christmas.
Over the last couple of years, Secure-Rite has had a monthly column titled “Life Fits Here” on KelownaNow to discuss the different aspects of all that they do.
