The Stober Group was undergoing a rezoning application for the proposed development on 3340 Lakeshore Rd. We assisted them in the development permitting process of the property for which they were seeking community input at the time.

In normal circumstances this would have been accomplished by organizing an in-person open house. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the restrictions around public gatherings, we had to come up with an innovative way to gather feedback from the neighbouring communities as well as the broader community after presenting the revised project.

Together with the Stober Group we created a cohesive video that walked the viewer through the process and the amount of consideration behind the updated plans, leaving the viewer an opportunity to leave their feedback after watching the video.
